Privacy notice
Last updated 15 October 2026
Evo Hub is the internal system of Evolution Agy Ltd, used by our staff and the creators we work with. This notice explains what information it holds, why, who can see it, and how to ask about it.
Who we are
Evolution Agy Ltd, 25 Vicarage Road, Buntingford. Registered in England and Wales, company number 15840414. We are responsible for the information in Evo Hub. Contact: admin@evolutionagency.co.uk.
What Evo Hub holds
Staff and creator accounts: your name, work email, sign-in records and the role you have.
Work: shifts, timesheets, tasks, content requests and the results of your work.
Pay: hours, earnings, pay statements, invoices and the bank or payment details needed to pay you.
Contact details you or the company add, such as a phone number or address.
Files in Google Drive that the company owns, such as content folders for each creator.
Why we hold it
To run the agency: organise work, pay people correctly and on time, keep records the law requires, and keep the system secure. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.
Who can see it
Staff see only what their job needs, for example a manager sees their own team. Directors can see everything. Every change to important records is logged.
Our service providers store and run the system for us and may only use the data to do that.
Where it is stored
The database and files are stored by Supabase in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). The website runs on Vercel, also in Frankfurt. Data is encrypted when it travels and when it is stored; the most sensitive details have an extra layer of encryption.
Google Drive
Evo Hub can connect to the company's Google Drive. It uses that connection only to create and organise the company's own content folders and files.
Google user data from this connection is never sold, never shared with anyone else, never used for advertising and never used to train AI models. Evo Hub's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How long we keep it
While you work with us, and afterwards only as long as the law requires (for example, pay and tax records).
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email admin@evolutionagency.co.uk. We will reply within one month.
If you are not happy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
